Over 15 years of experience in the regulatory-sanitary area and more than 20 years of experience on consumer law.
Law graduated (1982) at the Catholic University of São Paulo – PUC/SP with specialization in Non-profit Organizations’ Management at EAESP/Getúlio Vargas Foundation and in Ombudsmen’s Capacity and Technical Modernization at the Brazilian Association of Ombudsman – ABO.
She began her career, in 1982, as trainee in the Executive Consumer Protection Group – PROCON/SP.
From 1995 to 2002, she took the position of Head Advisor, deputy to the Executive Director. Over this period, she coordinated the technical teams and departments. Acted directly in the implementation of PROCON Foundation and was in charge of the elaboration and supervision of informative and educational materials, press-releases, website, institutional technical opinions, Terms of Adjustment of Conduct and manifestation in relation to Projects of Law and in proposals of draft projects. Coordinated the sub-commission on Social Movements, and integrated the sub-commission on food affairs of the Consumer Protection Commission of the Order of Attorneys of São
Paulo – OAB/SP, from 2001 to 2003.
