In order to navigate these waters, it is necessary, above all else, to consider biosafety.
We carry out the entire legal consulting and monitoring process for the approval of Genetically Modified Organisms (GMOs) and products derived from GMOs from CTNBio. We also elaborated legal opinions and guidance on biosafety legislation and its interrelations with other legislation of the Ministry of Agriculture, Ministry of Environment and National Sanitary Surveillance Agency.
